I have a post come up for a Maintenance Officer / Multi Trade to join a great team covering Northampton, Milton Keynes and Daventry.

The role is full time working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - 40 hours per week, and comes with a company van and ongoing training.

Given the location you must have a full UK License in order to be considered for this post.


THE JOB.


We are looking for someone to complete mainly Fencing work, however you may be required to go to other properties to complete work such as fixing, changing locks, hanging doors etc.


MAIN TASKS

Undertake and see through to completion of scheduled repairs to fencing / maintenance work in the properties, Hanging Doors, repairing Cupboards, changing locks, basic Carpentry, tiling, plumbing etc.

Carry out duties in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, respecting the tenants at all times.

Complete all necessary paperwork / recordings in accordance with Company guidelines.

What you will need to apply

• Full UK Driver License
• Experience of working in Social Housing or Domestic settings would be an advantage.
