Maintenance Surveyor

Job Description

A client within the Public Sector based in Hampshire is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to be responsible for the inspections and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Deliver an effective & efficient Repairs & Maintenance service at an operational level.
  • Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
  • Identifies and manages insurance claims.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require a diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £32 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
