Maintenance Team Leader

Job Description

Our client, a local authority based in Nottingham are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join their team. This is on a temporary contract basis.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Manage the Maintenance Team

  • Be the line manager for Technical Inspectors (Building Surveyors).

  • Support the team ensuring the responsive repairs contractors deliver service standards.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

A degree/HND or equivalent would be ideal but not essential.

Previous experience of management within a Repairs or Maintenance environment.
