Role and Responsibilities:

• To support managing the waiting list for Older Adults with varying mental health issues and co-morbidities.
• Risks management awareness needed.
• Liaising with relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care.

Nursing Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse
• Fully enhanced valid DBS

£21ph LTD | £19.02 PAYE Inclusive | £16.97 Exclusive
