Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced social worker to join the Integrated Community Mental Health team at Caerphilly Council. This is a full time, temporary position for 3 months with a view to this being extended on a rolling basis. The post holder will provide an enhanced level of social work skills and expertise within an integrated mental health team in order to develop and maintain standards of practice and manage a caseload of complex cases.

The duties of this role will include, but is not limited to, providing assessments, care management, monitoring and reviews for individuals recovering from mental health problems. The successful candidate will also participate in assessment clinics and duty desk on a rota basis.


The ideal candidate will have:
* Social work degree
* Social Work England or Social Care Wales registered
* Experience of working as a mental health social worker
* Full UK driving license and vehicle
* AMHP qualification is desirable
