🎯 Responsibilities: As a Mental Healthcare Assistant, your role will include:
- Providing emotional and psychological support to older adults and working-age adults.
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care.
- Promoting independence and well-being.
- Building meaningful connections and rapport with clients.
🌟 Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 6 months experience working as a mental health support worker
- Hold CPI Intervention advanced and emergency level restraint training
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
