Mental Health Support Worker

Job Description

Forensic Mental Healthcare Assistants are required immediately in Somerset in either one of 2 locations with flexible, regular shifts in a private service.

The positions involves: Offering one-to-one support in contributing to the on-going treatment and recovery of patients. It is ideal that the successful candidate will have at least 12 months recent experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a mental health environment.

Pay rates range between £13 ltd per hour and £17 ltd per hour.

The service is a medium/low secure service placed in Wellington in Somerset. The service provides help to both male and female with mental health problems. The site also provides a small separate bed service for people with learning disabilities that present with mental health problems, Personality disorders and autism.

This is an excellent opportunity for Forensic Mental Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers looking for work either to supplement their current job or as an opportunity for flexible part-time/full-time employment around other commitments.
