Key Responsibilities

  • Take minutes during child protection case conferences and complex strategy meetings
  • Note-take a variety of other meetings when necessary
  • Ensure accurate records are kept
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient process

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Minute Taker
  • Excellent listening and note-taking skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Qualifications

  • GCSEs or equivalent
