Mosaic Consultant

Location: Harrow Council (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Rate: £450 Ltd per day (Outside IR35)
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Harrow Council is seeking an experienced Mosaic Consultant to lead on the enhancement and configuration of Mosaic forms and processes within Children’s Services.

This is a specialist role requiring strong technical expertise in Mosaic configuration, form building, and workflow design, alongside excellent stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and manage the enhancement of Mosaic Children’s Services forms and processes

  • Lead and coordinate the Change Board to prioritise and track change requests

  • Gather detailed requirements from service areas and translate into technical solutions

  • Liaise with key stakeholders across Children’s Services and the Mosaic team

  • Establish and manage a practitioner group to support change processes

  • Carry out thorough UAT (User Acceptance Testing) involving frontline users

  • Mentor and train a team member with the goal of transitioning them into the Children’s Business Analyst role

  • Identify training needs and define transition plans to hand over to BAU

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation for ongoing support and system management

  • Report progress directly to the Mosaic Service Team Manager

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Mosaic system configuration and form/process building

  • Strong understanding of Children’s Services workflows and statutory requirements

  • Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

  • Project management experience in system change and enhancements

  • Ability to coach, mentor and support staff development

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
