About the role:
As part of our specialist team, you will carry out professional mould washing and treatment in homes and properties across Southwark. Using your wet trade skills, you will help tackle damp and mould issues, improving living conditions for local residents.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out mould cleaning and treatment using specialist products
- Apply wet trade techniques (e.g., plastering, rendering) to affected areas
- Support wider damp prevention and repair works
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met
- Provide a high level of customer service to residents
- Experience in wet trades (plastering, rendering, or similar)
- Knowledge of damp and mould issues and solutions
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
