Job title: Plasterer Multi Trader
Salary: Starting £40,700
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (39 hours per week)
Type: Permanent Area: Uxbridge

A great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to under-take plastering and other basic repairs and maintenance work. The successful candidate will look to provide a high quality finish to the job at hand and must be able to undertake painting duties, tilling and general multi trade duties. Work will be done on behalf of a housing association based in and around Uxbridge. Company vehicle included.

Responsibilities include:
* You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
* Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
* Delivering the highest quality Patching and Skimming work, rendering for internal and external walls and Multi finish work.
* Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements
* Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:
* Attainment of an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Plastering.
* 3 years experience within similar roles (plumbing, plastering, carpentry ect.)
* Full UK Driving Licence
