Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a multi-skilled operative where you'll be working around Chichester areas.

We're looking for a multi-skilled operatives responsible for the delivery of maintenance repairs/installations in Void (empty) and occupied properties in the area. I am ideally Looking for all rounder MTOs, candidates who can help install kitchens, bathrooms, hang doors, garden strimming and clearing, plugs, taps etc

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• To carry out carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic patch plastering, cleaning and some groundworks to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers.

You do not need to drive for the role as transport is provided.

Requirements needed to apply.
Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
Can start ASAP and commit to a 6 month contract
