I have a post for an experienced Multi Trade to join a Council Repairs Team covering the Camden area.

The role is within the repairs team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Joinery and odd patching jobs - Van included.

The role -

To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.

To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'. Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 4pm pm (Monday - Friday)

Requirements needed to apply.

* A full driving licence required.
* Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
* NVQ or equivalent in Joinery
