I have a post come up for a Multi Trade Joiner to join the team carrying out a range of repairs and Maintenance work on our properties covering the Southampton West area.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - 40 Hour week .
A van, fuel card etc are included in this role.
The role -
To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.
To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'. Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 5.00pm (Monday - Friday)
In order to apply you will need
- Full UK Driver License
- NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Experience of Domestic repairs
