Key Responsibilities:
- Property Repairs: Carry out a range of maintenance tasks on void (empty) properties.
- Refurbishment Works: Undertake general refurbishment, repair, and renovation works to ensure properties are ready for new tenants.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to all clients and maintain strong communication with property managers and team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role in property maintenance, particularly on void or unoccupied properties.
- Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating.
- Qualifications: Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are preferred.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required.
- Attributes: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and excellent problem-solving skills.
