Are you a skilled Multi Trade professional with a focus on carpentry, looking to make a real difference in your local community? We are currently seeking a confident, self-motivated, and versatile individual to join our Housing Operations team as a Multi Trade Operative – Carpenter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of carpentry works in occupied and void residential properties.
- Undertake small works across other trade disciplines (e.g., plumbing, tiling, painting) as required.
- Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver high standards of property maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and council policies.
- Proven experience in carpentry, ideally with skills in UPVC installation and general property maintenance.
- A practical understanding of the construction or housing maintenance environment.
- Ability to manage your own workload and multi-task across trade disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
