The firm is open to Individuals with 1-2 year’s experience in Personal Injury law with strong knowledge in NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss).
They can pay a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities as a NIHL Paralegal:
- Manage a caseload of NIHL Claims, both pre-litigation and litigated
- Draft legal documents, including letter of claim, particulars of claim, witness statements and schedules of loss.
- Liaise with clients, medical experts and defendants representatives throughout the case lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records on the firms case management system
- Strong understanding of NIHL case law, CLB guidelines, and relevant procedures.
- Excellent drafting and communications skills
- Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
- Confident using legal databases and case management systems
