Service Care is thrilled to announce a captivating opportunity for a Staff Doctor with a specialization in occupational health and safety. As a key player in the field, you will contribute significantly to the medical advisory team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines set forth by the Office of the Rail Regulator, the General Medical Council, the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, and TfL policy. This role is delivered through demonstrating TfL behaviors in alignment with the TfL strategy, emphasizing customer-centricity, accountability, efficiency, and collaboration.

Location: London
Length : 18 months +
Pay Rate: Up to £1350 umbrella per day
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct positive drug test medical reviews post-training.
• Provide fitness-to-work advice regarding medication to managers.
• Work towards achieving departmental KPIs and SLAs.
• Attend meetings and workplace visits to support the department's initiatives.
• Offer expert advice on a range of occupational health issues.
• Participate in health surveillance programs, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.

Requirements:

• Fully registered with GMC.
• Diploma in Occupational Medicine or higher (or international equivalent).
