Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary well-being and therapeutic team to deliver essential services.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions tailored to the specific needs of pupils with SEN, focusing on neurodiversity, complex developmental trauma, and complex needs.
- Assess and evaluate individual pupils to develop and implement personalized intervention plans.
- Work closely with educators, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support and continuity of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies and programs to enhance the well-being and educational outcomes of pupils.

Location:
Various locations throughout the UK.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Previous experience or a strong interest in working with neurodiversity, complex developmental trauma, and complex needs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
