Rate: £22 - £23 P/H Ltd Umbrella (£20.33 PAYE Inclusive)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach shifts in all weather conditions and at various times, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Engage with individuals experiencing rough sleeping and those involved in street-based activities
- Collaborate with partner agencies to help individuals access accommodation, health services, substance use support, and other essential services
- Accurately document interactions with individuals and professionals
- Work flexibly across different operational sites and be available during unsociable hours, weekends, and severe weather conditions
