We are currently recruiting for a Painter & Decorator in Loughborough. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Loughborough where you will be involved in the creation and build of new affordable homes as well as the maintenance of existing properties across Loughborough.
As an experienced Painter & Decorator you will be working in void and tenanted properties, delivering an excellent customer service to all stakeholders including tenants.
You will be responsible for;
- Surface Preparation
- Paint Application
- Colour Matching
- Finishing (Varnishing, etc)
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime. Specialist tools will be supplied but own basic hand tools will be required.
You will need;
- NVQ or C&G Qualification (Level 2 Minimum)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own Transport
- Previous Experience (3+ years)
