👥 Team: Primary Care

⏰ Hours: 9am to 6pm Mondays and Wednesdays ONLY

📍 Location: Battersea

📅 Duration: 6 weeks

💰 Rate of Pay: £35 to £40 per hour dependent on experience, PAYE or Ltd company

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified experienced Primary Care Physician Associate to contribute to the health and well-being of our patients while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare network environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments under the guidance of supervising physicians.
  • Provide patient education on preventive care, chronic disease management, and medication adherence.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and maintain electronic health records.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physician Associate Studies or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Physician Associate.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours and weekends as needed.
