We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our Repairs team, focusing on empty homes. This permanent full-time position involves working 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:30pm on Monday-Thursday & 8:00am-3:30pm on Friday).

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Multi Skilled Plumber, you will:

• Perform a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks in empty homes.
• Ensure all plumbing installations and repairs comply with safety and building regulations.
• Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and determine the best course of action.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency.
• Full UK Driving License (a van will be provided for work use).
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
