I have a Permanent post come up for an experienced skilled Plumber to become part of our Empty Homes and Repairs Team covering Essex.

This is a desirable role working with a very respected employer in the area.

As working as a Plumber you will be going around empty properties carrying out repairs and maintenance, some installation work (basins etc) to bring the homes back up to move in standard.

A van and fuel card are provided for you, so you will need to drive for this post.

Requirements needed to apply.

* A full driving licence required.
* Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
* NVQ 3 or equivalent.
