We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join our Empty Homes Team on a permanent full-time basis 39 hours per week.

This is a permanent role with some excellent benefits, including a fully kitted Van and Fuel Card.

The positions will be covering our homes in South Central and South West London including Mort Lake, Ruislip, West Drayton, Uxbridge, Hounslow and Twickenham.

The Job.

You will work as part of the Plumbing team or alone in delivering plumber repairs and take ownership in undertaking fault finding and maintenance repairs, upgrades to Wet Room, Bathroom and Kitchens.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experience of working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
• Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems seeking any advice required.

Requirements needed to apply.

* A full driving licence required.
* Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
* NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing or time served
