Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of plumbing works in both occupied and void residential properties.
- Complete minor works across other trade disciplines, including carpentry, tiling, and general maintenance.
- Ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of property maintenance and customer service.
- Adhere to health & safety guidelines and local council policies.
- Proven experience in plumbing, ideally with experience in both repairs and installations.
- A strong understanding of property maintenance and the construction industry.
- Ability to manage your own workload and perform other multi-trade tasks as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
