ROLE: PPC Manager
LOCATION: Blackburn
SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000
The Role:
- Take strategic ownership of all digital paid media
- Manage and develop a growing in-house team
- Build strong relationships working closely with key agencies and suppliers
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid Media
- Create data-led, scalable campaign recommendations and actionable insights that drive efficiency and/or growth
- Support campaign forecasting and planning
- Develop and produce management reports
- Perform day-to-day campaign optimisations across Paid Search & Social channels
- Manage bidding strategies and budgets in order to meet KPIs
- Test and implement ad copy, messaging and landing pages to optimise ROI
- Lead the build out processes for new campaigns
- Undertake ongoing and ad hoc research/analysis - Keyword, competitor and campaign
- Assist in developing new strategies to drive further CRO
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to align performance marketing KPIs with wider business and campaign objectives
- Promote cross-functional opportunities and ways of working that improve PPC results
The Person:
- Are passionate about Google Ads and paid advertising
- Have at least 3 year of professional experience using Google/Microsoft PPC and Facebook ad platforms
- Have experience of planning, forecasting and budgeting
- Are used to creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics
- Can demonstrate commercial awareness - understanding some of the internal and external trends that affect the automotive sector
- Are good at both project management and time management
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines is the norm
- Love being part of a team and an organisation where collaboration is given and expected
- Sweat the small stuff - excellent attention to detail is a must
