PPC Manager

Job Description

We are currently working alongside a leading online sales company, based in Blackburn, who are in need a PPC Manager to join their team. This is an fantastic opportunity to join a fun and expanding organisation with people and culture at their heart.

ROLE: PPC Manager

LOCATION: Blackburn

SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000

The Role:

  • Take strategic ownership of all digital paid media
  • Manage and develop a growing in-house team
  • Build strong relationships working closely with key agencies and suppliers
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid Media
  • Create data-led, scalable campaign recommendations and actionable insights that drive efficiency and/or growth
  • Support campaign forecasting and planning
  • Develop and produce management reports
  • Perform day-to-day campaign optimisations across Paid Search & Social channels
  • Manage bidding strategies and budgets in order to meet KPIs
  • Test and implement ad copy, messaging and landing pages to optimise ROI
  • Lead the build out processes for new campaigns
  • Undertake ongoing and ad hoc research/analysis - Keyword, competitor and campaign
  • Assist in developing new strategies to drive further CRO
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to align performance marketing KPIs with wider business and campaign objectives
  • Promote cross-functional opportunities and ways of working that improve PPC results

The Person:

  • Are passionate about Google Ads and paid advertising
  • Have at least 3 year of professional experience using Google/Microsoft PPC and Facebook ad platforms
  • Have experience of planning, forecasting and budgeting
  • Are used to creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics
  • Can demonstrate commercial awareness - understanding some of the internal and external trends that affect the automotive sector
  • Are good at both project management and time management
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines is the norm
  • Love being part of a team and an organisation where collaboration is given and expected
  • Sweat the small stuff - excellent attention to detail is a must
