Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing high-street law firm, based in Marlborough, which is seeking an experienced and skilled Private Client Solicitor to join their team of experts in providing exceptional service to their high-net-worth clients.
 
ROLE: Private Client Solicitor
LOCATION: Marlborough – hybrid
SALARY: £60,000 to £80,000 per annum
 
Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor role:
  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to: Drafting wills, Estate planning, Trust creation and administration, Probate and estate administration, Powers of attorney and Tax planning.
  • Provide an expert service to existing clients whilst also driving business development for new clients to the firm.
  • Supervising Paralegals and/or trainees as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a practising certificate in England and Wales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client work.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax law.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.
