ROLE: Private Client Solicitor
LOCATION: Marlborough – hybrid
SALARY: £60,000 to £80,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor role:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to: Drafting wills, Estate planning, Trust creation and administration, Probate and estate administration, Powers of attorney and Tax planning.
- Provide an expert service to existing clients whilst also driving business development for new clients to the firm.
- Supervising Paralegals and/or trainees as required.
- Qualified Solicitor with a practising certificate in England and Wales.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client work.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax law.
- Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.

- 26 days annual leave plus bank holiday.
- Support to complete STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification or other relevant qualifications.
