Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Permanent Programme manager to work in East Sussex NHS within the Estates and Facilities team.
Full time Monday to Friday
The Capital Projects Department provides a service to the Trust that ranges from Estates strategic planning, refurbishments, new builds, estates projects and minor capital works as well as ongoing planning of future capital developments in line with the Trust clinical and estates strategy.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio / Programme of capital projects from inception to completion to cost and time.
The day to day management of the programme (including resource management and whole programme budgets) and delivery of the programme deliverable within agreed constraints.
Key duties and responsibilities
To lead on a Programme of Capital Projects including charity funded projects taking day to day responsibility for successful delivery of the programme within time, cost and quality Planning, organising, recruiting as appropriate, to deliver the programmes within the Trust's governance structure and its adopted management and operating policies.
Ensuring that appropriate programme management documentation is developed and maintained as the basis for progression of activities and that people, including a range of external contractors are held to account.
