Our client within the Public Sector based in East London currently recruiting for a Project Manager - Client Side to join their property services team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority operating in a technical, property, services environment.
Key purpose of the role is to manage an individual case load or projects to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team delivering the HRA Planned Works programme.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working to tight deadlines of defined operational projects
- Develop, plans and monitors as necessary
- Leads projects and plans for resources required to deliver
- Focus on results and delivery outcomes.
To be considered for this role you will require a qualification in Building, Housing or related subject such as HND/NVQ level 4 or CIOB
The below skills would be beneficial for the role:
- To build and maintain good understanding of council and department objectives
- Up to date knowledge of relevant policy
- Handle contact with clients from a range of background
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £318 Per Day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
