Out client within the Public Sector based in East London is currently recruiting for a Project Manager join their Mechanical & Electrical team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority

The Role
Key purpose of the role is to be a crucial support to the technical service team for mechanical projects, specifications, design procurement and delivery.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible Person for Mechanical Engineering Expertise
  • Responsible for the Mechanical Aspects Of Planning
  • Improving Planned, Day to Day & Cyclical Maintenance Programmes
  • Provide Technical Advice on Mechanical Engineering Works which Require Maintaining


The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require Mechanical Engineering Degree or Degree in Building Services Engineering

The below skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:

  • Skilled with Schedule of Rates
  • Experience working in the Public Sector
  • Minimum 5 years of Managing Mechanical Engineers


The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £350 Per Day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
