About the Role
Our private client, a respected provider in the adult social care sector, is seeking an experienced Project Turnaround Manager to lead service improvement initiatives across adult services in the London region.
This is a key leadership role focused on stabilising services, implementing change, and driving high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership and support to Registered Managers in underperforming or transitional services
- Deliver measurable improvements in CQC-regulated environments
- Ensure services meet or exceed KPIs, quality, and compliance standards
- Lead service redesign and workflow optimisation
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and person-centred care
- Proven experience in multi-site operational leadership within adult social care
- Strong background in turnaround or service improvement projects
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance
- Financially astute with experience managing service budgets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Resilient, solution-focused, and committed to high-quality care
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
