About the Role
Our private client, a respected provider in the adult social care sector, is seeking an experienced Project Turnaround Manager to lead service improvement initiatives across adult services in the London region.

This is a key leadership role focused on stabilising services, implementing change, and driving high standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership and support to Registered Managers in underperforming or transitional services
  • Deliver measurable improvements in CQC-regulated environments
  • Ensure services meet or exceed KPIs, quality, and compliance standards
  • Lead service redesign and workflow optimisation
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and person-centred care
Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in multi-site operational leadership within adult social care
  • Strong background in turnaround or service improvement projects
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Financially astute with experience managing service budgets
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Resilient, solution-focused, and committed to high-quality care
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
