Our client, a housing group based in Epsom are looking for a Project Surveyor to join their team. This is on a permanent basis.

Salary - £49,800 plus a £1,200 car allowance.

The purpose of the role will be to take responsibility for delivering a range of planned maintenance programmes. You will be passionate about your service and committed to making a positive difference to our client's customers. You will have experience of managing cost control and delivering quality through projects and will have been involved in managing contractor delivery. An awareness of relevant health and safety legislation would be desirable.

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent quality planned and cyclical maintenance programme in line with our Business Plan. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality services which ensure residents and partners are provided with opportunities to influence and shape the services that they receive. You will also monitor the quality of void works to ensure high resident satisfaction with their new home and that targets on void performance are met. The role will be managing multiple contractors to deliver planned maintenance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience working in a similar role, candidates will need to be experienced in delivering planned maintenance programmes. Housing experience is desired.
