Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based in Greater London. They are seeking a Locum Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate - £40-£50 an hour depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £35.37 - £44.06 per hour

This role is on a contract basis for 3 months but has potential to extend.

The right candidate will need experience in Residential and Conveyancing.

Responsibilities as a Locum Property Lawyer:

Handle your own Commercial Property Caseload from start to completion.

Deal with the Conveyancing aspects of sales to Council tenants and all Agreements and Charges with and to the Housing Associations.
To prepare and serve all Notices required under Part II Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

About you as a Locum Property Lawyer:

Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law
Good communication skills written and verbal.
Able to work under pressure.
