This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate - £40-£50 an hour depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £35.37 - £44.06 per hour
This role is on a contract basis for 3 months but has potential to extend.
The right candidate will need experience in Residential and Conveyancing.
Responsibilities as a Locum Property Lawyer:
- Handle your own Commercial Property Caseload from start to completion.
- Deal with the Conveyancing aspects of sales to Council tenants and all Agreements and Charges with and to the Housing Associations.
- To prepare and serve all Notices required under Part II Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Able to work under pressure.
