ROLE Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE)
LOCATION: Central London
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits
The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload of contentious property matters, including:
- Landlord & tenant disputes (commercial and residential)
- Lease forfeiture, dilapidations, and disrepair claims
- Rights of way, boundary, and access disputes
- Party wall and easement issues
- Breach of contract and co-ownership disputes
- Professional negligence claims involving property professionals
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 4 years’ PQE with strong experience in property litigation
- Confident in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong business development skills and the ability to cultivate client relationships
- A collaborative team player who can also operate independently
