Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference in your community? Service Care Solutions is seeking experienced Refuse Collectors to join our client team and support a local authority in the vibrant Huddersfield area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect refuse from designated collection points or households in need of assistance.
• Return bins promptly without causing obstruction.
• Assist with garden waste, bulky items, skip collections, and provision of liners.
• Report any accidents, faults, or repair needs promptly.
• Commitment to flexible work patterns aligned with service delivery needs.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Undertake additional cleaning duties and support waste sorting arrangements.

Skills and Previous Experience:

• Experience in physically demanding work.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for documentation.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm
