Role and Responsibilities: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse within the NHS agency staffing team, you will be a key asset in delivering essential mental health care. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and creating personalised care plans.
- Administering medication and monitoring responses.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining a safe patient environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
- A minimum of 12-months experience in mental health nursing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Empathy and patient-centred approach.
