Role and Responsibilities: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse working in our inpatient wards, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care to individuals with diverse mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and devising personalised care plans.
- Administering medication and closely monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Accurately maintaining and managing patient records.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Previous experience in inpatient mental health settings
- Strong team player with the ability to excel independently.
