The role will cover PICU, Dementia, Rehab, Acute wards at Bowmere Hospital.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with patients to determine their preferences.
- Administering medication and treatments
- De-escalating challenging situations for patients to maintain a protective environment.
- Managing patient records to ensure good organisation onwards.
- Communicating with patients' families about treatment progress, diagnoses, and recovery plans
Qualifications & Requirements:
- NMC Registered
- Mental Health Nursing degree
- Experience working on inpatient mental health ward.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have PMVA certificate within the last 3 years'

Pay rates:
Day: £21ph LTD | £19.02 PAYE Inclusive | £16.97 Exclusive
Night: £25ph LTD | £22.53 PAYE Inclusive | £20.11 Exclusive
Sunday: £29ph LTD | £26.05 PAYE Inclusive | £23.24 Exclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
