Residential Paralegal

Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established property, business, and private client law firm with a strong presence across Scotland as they are seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their expanding team based in Glasgow city centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and confident paralegal to take ownership of their own caseload, dealing with residential purchases, sales, and remortgages. You will be joining a friendly, supportive office environment with a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.

Experienced Residential Property Paralegal
Location: Glasgow 
Job Type: Full-time (In Office or Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000.00 – £38,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property work within the Scottish legal system
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and legal case management software
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
