Service Care Solutions are working with a well established Law firm, who are looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal looking for their next opportunity to join a supportive and well-established legal team. This full-time, office-based role in Aberdeen offers the chance to take on a varied and rewarding caseload while providing high-quality, client-focused service at every stage of the property transaction process.

The Role Working alongside a team of Residential Property Solicitors and Partners, you’ll support clients through every stage of their property journey — from initial instruction to completion. Your calm, proactive approach and attention to detail will help ensure each transaction proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Examining property titles
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Concluding missives
  • Instructing property searches and more... 
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience working as a residential property paralegal
  • Confidence in managing a wide range of conveyancing transactions
  • Strong organisational skills
