They work closely with families, schools, and professionals to ensure that every child has access to the support they need to reach their full potential.
About the Role
The SEND Adviser will be responsible for collating assessment reports and drafting plans, as well as leading and chairing meetings with families, schools, and professionals. They will need to have previous experience in an SEN role, either in a Local Authority or school.
As a SEND Adviser, you will work closely with families, schools, and professionals to ensure that every child receives the support they need. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an SEN role, either in a Local Authority or school

Working Hours
There is no requirement for the SEND Adviser to spend a set number of days in the office. They are welcome to work in the office if this is what they prefer. They may need to attend some meetings in schools or civic offices.
