Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a local authority, based in Manchester. They are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Adult Social Care Solicitor/Lawyer to join their team.
ROLE: Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer
RATE: £50-£55ph
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months ongoing
LOCATION: Manchester / Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality legal advice and support to the adult social care team
- Handling complex cases and providing guidance on legal issues
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
About you
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
- Experience of working in adult social care law for a local authority
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
