Role: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
Umbrella Rate: £55-£60ph
PAYE inc. rate: £48.41-£52.76ph
Location: Bristol – hybrid
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Lawyer role:
- Handle a mixed caseload of complex commercial property law.
- The caseload will deal with a full range of commercial property work including leases, disposals, acquisitions, overage, and development agreements.
- Assist with some supervisory support to non-qualified staff (legal assistants, legal officers and senior legal officers) within the team.
- A qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
- Have strong expertise in commercial property law, including leases, disposals, acquisitions, overage, and development agreements.
- Experience of working in the public sector is not necessary but would be advantageous.
- Experience of working in a team environment, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues.
- Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
- Hybrid working – largely remote but there would be an expectation to attend the office when required.
