Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a community centred local authority, based in Bristol, which is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Property legal team. In this role, you will also play a crucial role in supervisory support to non-qualified staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
 
Role: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
Umbrella Rate: £55-£60ph
PAYE inc. rate: £48.41-£52.76ph
Location: Bristol – hybrid
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
 
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Lawyer role:
  • Handle a mixed caseload of complex commercial property law.
  • The caseload will deal with a full range of commercial property work including leases, disposals, acquisitions, overage, and development agreements.
  • Assist with some supervisory support to non-qualified staff (legal assistants, legal officers and senior legal officers) within the team.
Required Skills
  • A qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • Have strong expertise in commercial property law, including leases, disposals, acquisitions, overage, and development agreements.
  • Experience of working in the public sector is not necessary but would be advantageous.
  • Experience of working in a team environment, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues.
