Service Care Solutions is working alongside a community centred local authority, based in Bristol, which is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Property legal team. In this role, you will also play a crucial role in supervisory support to non-qualified staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Role: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
Umbrella Rate: £55-£60ph
PAYE inc. rate: £48.41-£52.76ph
Location: Bristol – hybrid
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Lawyer role:

Handle a mixed caseload of complex commercial property law.
The caseload will deal with a full range of commercial property work including leases, disposals, acquisitions, overage, and development agreements.
Assist with some supervisory support to non-qualified staff (legal assistants, legal officers and senior legal officers) within the team.

Required Skills

A qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
Have strong expertise in commercial property law, including leases, disposals, acquisitions, overage, and development agreements.
Experience of working in the public sector is not necessary but would be advantageous.
Experience of working in a team environment, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues.
