Senior Operations Manager (Voids)

Our client, a housing group based in Eastleigh are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team. This is on a permanent basis.

Salary upto £67,000 plus benefits.

The purpose of the role is to be accountable for the delivery of all Empty home refurbishments across the housing stock and ensuring works remain within budget. Embedding a customer obsessed culture, focusing on performance and value for money.

To have complete accountability and control for an annual budget of circa £7.5m. Working with the FBP and Homecare Directors on the forecasting and reconciliation of the budgets/trading accounts of the empty homes work stream.

Effectively manage the delivery of the empty homes refurbishment across the whole housing stock, ensuring that operational performance criteria are met and exceeded.

To lead and develop a high performing customer obsessed culture - delivering the company vision and targets for customer

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience working in a similar role, candidates will need to be experienced within Housing and Void property works and will have worked to a Senior level.
