Service Care Legal are currently recruiting for a Planning Lawyer for a local authority in the West London area. Please see below further information with regards to this position.

ROLE: Senior Planning Lawyer
LOCATION: West London
RATE: £45.00 to £55.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 3 months ongoing basis

The Role

• To work on the drafting and negotiation of S106, s278 and s38 agreements
• Drafting more complex highways agreements and advice
• Providing advice and support in respect of all Planning law matters
• To assist junior members of staff throughout the legal process

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor / Lawyer / Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE
• Someone who is experienced in working in planning or environmental law
• Ideally the candidate has local government experience in a similar position
