We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Workforce Development (CWD) North West and Central (NWC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that has achieved a GOOD Ofsted status, and we are immensely proud of this achievement.

About the Role:

As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the development of practitioners within our team, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality services to children and families. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to practitioners, contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance practitioner skills and knowledge • Work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery • Conduct practice reviews and provide constructive feedback to practitioners • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service quality and efficiency

What We Offer:

• A 3 month contract with the possibility of extension • A salary of 33.30 LTD inclusive of holiday pay or 24.52 PAYE exclusive of Holday pay
