Responsibilities:
Business Development: Cultivate and expand client relationships within the Allied Health Care sector, identifying new business opportunities.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring a high level of service.
KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably specialising in Allied Health Care.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding recruitment KPI's.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- You'll be a warm and friendly person and a confident verbal and written communicator.
