Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling law Firm based in Leigh. They are looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £30K - £55K annum DOE

This is on a hybrid basis after probation.

Responsibilities as a Senior Residential Conveyancer:

Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
Assist in the development and implementation of improved conveyancing processes.
Dealing with general conveyancing tasks.

Maintain strong working knowledge of residential property law and changes in legislation.

About you as a Senior Residential Conveyancer:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEX), with 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
