Surrey County is recruiting for a Qualified Social worker in Redhill surrey to work in a Children's Social Services Department.

This will be based in the Cihildrens Safegurding team .

The post holder will need to be able to work very closely with colleagues from within the Assessment Team Department and with other agencies as required in the Working Together guidelines

This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include -
* Initial & Core Assessments
* Care planning
* Care Proceedings
* Child Protection Cases
* Section 47

For this position, you must have -
* A degree or masters in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)
* SWE registration

The post holder, with supervision, will manage a caseload undertaking the task of initial and core assessments, undertaking Sec.47 Investigations, child protection care proceedings and care planning.
